In case the weather is less than ideal, we can transition your outdoor ceremony indoors without the stress of changing locations.

Based on our experience, we offer many thoughtful inclusions: dancefloor, licensed bartenders, tables, upscale chairs and dishware for your caterer’s use. We make the design process easy for you with experienced staff who can help you every step of the way.

LedgeCrest pairs with various caterers on Food & Beverage All-Inclusive Collections, starting at $129 per person. These collections include the venue fee, food, bartender fees, linens, a wedding coordinator and the kitchen use fee. These All-Inclusive Collections are able to be customized to fit your needs.
If using your own caterer, there is an additional fee of 15% for use of the Kitchen Equipment & Trash Removal.

Yes, LedgeCrest has a liquor license. In accordance with state law, all liquor must be served and purchased through the venue. We provide bartenders with any of our all-inclusive collections(minimum of 6 hours). Our hourly bartender fee is $75 per bartender if you are looking to not book an All-Inclusive Collection. The requirement for this 1 bartender per 60 guests.
There are a lot of close hotels and some offer shuttles as well. We recommend Lodge Kohler, Oneida Hotel, Aloft, Holiday Inn Express, Kress Inn, Hilton Garden Inn & Cobblestone Hotel.
Linens are not included in our base venue rental, however they are
included if you go with our All Inclusive Collections. If you would like us to provide them it is $3,50 per person which includes a floor length linen & napkin.
We have enough room in the building to setup a ceremony inside. Our staff will assist with the setup and takedown of chairs.
Yes, once you have a reserved date with us we give you a list of the BEST vendors for the ultimate wedding day experience! We highly recommend that you have a wedding day coordinator to assist you with design, timeline, vendor communication, setup, and takedown.
Absolutely. We offer an outdoor or indoor ceremony fee of $1,750.
These fees include additional staff for setting + removing all chairs and any flip of reception tables/chairs if necessary.
Up to 400 guests indoor / outdoor, the ballroom space is 60’ x 100’
No, you are the exclusive bride in the event space for the day.
Yes, and it is your’s throughout the day with your rental and is accessible at 12:00 pm - you can add on additional hours prior to 12. We also have a small gathering space for the men. Not having a ceremony on-site? You also have use of this space for event prep and storage.
Absolutely! We love bands, and have dedicated power just for them.
Yes, there is a 5 Hour Thursday rental for set up of $650, this is based on availability at the time of add-on.
