Any caterer who is licensed is welcome at LedgeCrest. There is a 15% kitchen facility fee
assessed to each caterer, with a reduced 10% kitchen facility fee assessed to using our in-house
caterers, Runaway Spoon & Renards Catering. The caterer is required to provide water service, The caterer will be provided guidelines from LCR, and ownership will need to approve the caterer after communicating all guidelines, reviewing services and obtaining proof of insurance. We highly recommend that you work with our in-house caterers, Runaway Spoon & Renards Catering, for the best service and experience. They can create menus starting at $26 per person. They also offer buffet or family-style, along with a variety of appetizers and desserts. Runaway Spoon works with all dietary needs.
If you forgo our beverage or All Inclusive Collections our pricing is:
Beer Half Barrels $400 and up / Domestic Beer Bottles $7 / Craft Beer Bottles $9
/ Premium Cocktails $9 / House Wine or Champagne $9

Yes, LedgeCrest has a liquor license. In accordance with state law, all liquor must be served and purchased through the venue. We provide bartenders with any of our all-inclusive collections(minimum of 6 hours). Our hourly bartender fee is $50 per bartender if you are looking to not book an All-Inclusive Collection. The requirement for this 1 bartender per 75 guests.
There are a lot of close hotels and some offer shuttles as well. We recommend Holiday Inn Express, Kress Inn, Aloft, Residence Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, Cobblestone Hotel & Suites, Lodge Kohler, and Radisson.
Linens are not included in our base venue rental, however they are
included if you go with our All Inclusive Collections.
We have enough room in the building to setup a ceremony inside. Our staff will assist with the setup and takedown of chairs.
Yes, once you have a reserved date with us we give you a list of the BEST vendors for the ultimate wedding day experience! We highly recommend that you have a wedding day coordinator to assist you with design, timeline, vendor communication, setup, and takedown.
Absolutely. We offer an outdoor ceremony fee of $850. If you opt for an indoor ceremony the fee of $650 applies. These fees include additional staff for setting + removing all chairs.
Up to 400 guests indoor / outdoor, the ballroom space is 60’ x 100’
No, you are the exclusive bride in the event space for the day.
Yes, and it is your’s throughout the day with your rental and is accessible at 10:00 am - you can add on additional hours prior to 10 am for a fee. Not having a wedding? You also have use of this space for event prep and storage.
Absolutely! We love bands, and have dedicated power just for them.
Yes, there is a 5 Hour Thursday rental for set up of $650, this is based on availability at the time of add-on.
There is no food minimum. The beverage minimum is $4,500 (For example $18 per person for a wedding of 250).
The beverage minimum is waived if you choose to book a Beverage or All Inclusive Collection.
Our venue managers will work with you to create an amazing guest experience and assist you with:
- Local vendor recommendations
- Creation of customized floor plan & assistance with collections
- In-person consultation for bar & final details meeting
- Ensuring the venue is ready for your wedding day!
