1. HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE?


Reserving your date requires a signed contract and 50% deposit of rental fee by cash, check, Venmo or bank transfer. If you prefer to pay by credit card, additional fees apply.

2. What is your catering policy?

Food service can come from a licensed caterer of your choice. There is a 15% Kitchen Use Fee.
We offer all-inclusive collections or recommend various caterers including:
Runaway Spoon | Renards | Margaritas | Rustique | Bleu | RYE

3. can i serve my own alcohol?

Bar service must be provided by The LedgeCrest Reserve.
Absolutely no carry-ins are allowed.

4. Am I required to use your bar service?

Yes, in accordance with state law, all liquor must be served and purchased through the venue. 

5. What hotels are nearby?

There are a lot of hotels nearby and some even offer shuttles to our wedding venue. We recommend:

6. Do you include linens?

Linens & napkins are included with your
All-Inclusive Collection.

7. What do you do if it rains?

In the event of inclement weather, our staff will set up your ceremony in our indoor wedding venue.

8. Do you have a list of preferred vendors?

Yes, once you’ve a reserved date with us we provide a list of the BEST vendors for the ultimate wedding day experience! We highly recommend that you have a wedding coordinator to assist you with design, timeline, vendor communication,
setup, and takedown.

9. Can I have my ceremony on site?

Absolutely. We offer an outdoor or indoor ceremony fee of $1,750. These fees include additional staff for setting and removing all chairs, and flipping any reception tables & chairs as necessary.

10. How many people can The LedgeCrest Reserve accommodate for outdoor ceremonies and indoor receptions?

Our capacity is 400 guests, for comfort we recommend no more than 360. Our ballroom space is 60’ x 100’.

11. Do you do more than one wedding a day?

No, you are the exclusive bride in the event space for the day.

12. Is there a bridal suite on site?

Yes! We have two suites for your use starting at your rental time.  There is a small space for the gents as well.

13. Do you allow bands & is there enough space?

Absolutely! We love bands, and have space and dedicated power just for them.

14. If I have a Friday wedding, can I reserve Thursday for setup?

Yes, we offer a 5-hour Thursday setup period for rent for just $650; this is based on availability at the time of add-on.

15. What staff is there to help me?

Our venue managers work with you to create an amazing guest experience.
We’ll assist you with:
 
• Local vendor recommendations
• Creating customized floor plans
• Collections
• In-person consultation for bar & final details
• Ensuring the venue is ready for your wedding day!
